It includes diagnosis and treatment, prevention and management or both acute and chronic conditions and supervision of care arrangements.
Dermatology
Our Dermatologists provide comprehensive medical, minor surgical and cosmetic skin care. Services provided include thorough skin cancer screenings, mole removal, biopsy procedures and treatment for conditions such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin allergies, rosacea.
Skin Checks
In addition to specialist dermatology services, we also offer several skin treatments to address skin issues such as sunspots, scarring, pigmentation, melasma, acne, rosacea, psoriasis, wound-healing, inflammation, fine lines, and wrinkles. SEE MORE HERE.
Women’s Health
Our patients can rely on full comprehensive care for all female-specific health issues including gynaecological examinations and cervical screening, breast examinations, menstruation issues, family planning and contraception, hormonal abnormalities, incontinence.
Menopause Management
We offer personalised menopause management to support women through every stage of this transition. We provide evidence-based treatment options including hormone replacement therapy (HRT), as well as guidance on lifestyle, nutrition, and mental wellbeing. Our doctors take a holistic
approach to menopause care, addressing associated health considerations such as bone density and cardiovascular health to help patients maintain long-term quality of life.
Weight Management
Our general practice offers personalised, non-judgmental weight management support combining dietary and lifestyle counselling, behavioural guidance, and medical treatment options including pharmaceutical therapies where appropriate. Our GPs take a holistic approach, addressing the links between weight and chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes and cardiovascular disease, with a focus on sustainable, long-term outcomes.
Mental Health
Addressing mental health issues is sensitive and requires a higher level of support for the patient. Our medical team can diagnose and discuss management options for all aspects of mental health and wellbeing, including, anxiety, depression, behavioural and emotional disorders in children, bipolar affective disorder, eating disorders, post traumatic stress disorder.
Men’s Health
At Intelligent Ageing, we believe men should take an active role in their physical, emotional and mental health. We can provide a full medical health check or focus on a particular concern. We specialise in mental health issues for men, bowel cancer screening, prostate cancer screening and testicular lumps, skin cancer checks and sexual health.
Senior’s Health
There are several health issues particularly relevant to older people, such as arthritis, dementia, hearing and vision issues, mobility problems and falls, osteoporosis, stroke.
Our medical team have a keen interest in identifying and addressing these and other concerns of older patients. We can co-ordinate services to assist older people with their living arrangements, either at home or transitioned in to assisted living.
Iron Infusions
Our practice offers iron infusions as a safe and effective treatment for patients with iron deficiency or iron deficiency anaemia, particularly where oral iron supplements have been ineffective or are not suitable. The infusion is administered intravenously and typically takes between 15 to 60 minutes, with patients monitored throughout by our clinical team. Prior to treatment, a GP consultation and blood tests are required to confirm suitability.

We have a comprehensive offering or injections for all ages and life stages, including:

Chronic Disease
The medical team at Intelligent Ageing are experienced in diagnosing and managing chronic conditions such as, allergies, asthma, arthritis, blood disorders, blood pressure, Crohn’s disease, dementia, eating disorders, diabetes, haemochromatosis, heart disease, kidney or liver problem,
osteoporosis, thyroid conditions, ulcerative colitis.
Fees
Intelligent Ageing is a private general practice and does not generally offer bulk-billing arrangements.
Our fee schedule reflects the expertise and experience of our general practitioners, as well as the time you spend with the doctor and the complexity of your health issues.

We request that all accounts be settled at the time of appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, EFTPOS and cash. Please note that payments made with a credit card may incur a surcharge.
We can lodge your electronic claim with Medicare, and the funds should be returned to your nominated bank account within three days.
